This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our Google Workspace add-on application GPT for Workspace™, which integrates AI functionality with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms, and our Microsoft Office add-ins CoreGPT AI for Word, CoreGPT AI for Excel ,CoreGPT AI for PowerPoint, CoreGPT AI for Outlook, CoreGPT AI for OneNote , and app CoreGPT AI MeetSync which will integrate AI functionality with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams respectively, and our Chrome extension Form Builder, which integrates AI functionality with Google Forms (collectively, the “Service”).

  • Email Address - Used for account management and user identification
  • Profile Photo - Used for user interface personalization (only in GPT for Workspace™ and Form Builder) apps

Important: Data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. This applies to every one of our Google integrations, including the GPT for Workspace™ add-on and the Form Builder Chrome extension. All data accessed through Google's APIs is used exclusively for providing the specific functionality you request and improving your direct user experience with our Service.

AI Service Providers

To generate content, the text you submit is sent to a third-party large language model provider acting as our processor. We use Anthropic and OpenAI, whose commercial terms prohibit training models on customer content. We access both through paid commercial accounts, not consumer subscriptions, and we have not opted in to any data-sharing or model-improvement programme. Your content is sent solely to produce the output you asked for, and is never used to train any model, ours or a third party's.

Microsoft Integration

Our Service integrates with Microsoft applications through Microsoft's official APIs. We only access the minimum amount of data necessary to provide the Service functionality.
