How it works
- 1Install the extension and open the side panel.
- 2Sign in with Google and allow access to Google Forms.
- 3Describe the form you want, review the changes, and click Apply.
What it can access
Form Builder asks for two Google permissions, and uses them only to do the work you ask for.
Google Forms — to read the form you are working on and apply the changes you approve.
Drive files this app creates — to save new forms to your Drive. This gives no access to any other file in your Drive.
It does not read your other Drive files, your email, or anything else in your Google account. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
